Anthony Joshua prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight-round match which will be broadcast live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "break" the American as the combatants came face-to-face to promote the upcoming bout.
Ex twice world heavyweight champion Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a huge mismatch - at Miami venue on 19 December.
Boxer's Mentality
"I plan to damage his features and hurt his body. My goal is to show my superiority," Joshua, 35, stated.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I intend to seriously aim to cause him pain. That's my goal."
Respectful Exchange
Despite such comments, a calm Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - usually famous for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul rather criticized ex Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "not serious" after Ngannou turned down a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at UK opponent Tyson Fury - and refused a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul is superior to Tyson Fury - he's present here," the boxer commented.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Opponent
Despite stating he plans to punish Paul, Anthony Joshua refused to speak negatively about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he stated.
Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mostly fought MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in 2023.
Commercial Success
However, the novice is still one of boxing's biggest financial successes, frequently receiving huge financial rewards.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28 year old forecast a knockout win in round four or five and claimed he would stop the much-anticipated Fury-Joshua bout, which is allegedly under discussion for two years from now.
"It will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul stated.
Size Disparity
As Joshua and Paul engaged in the customary face-off, with their height and weight contrast clearly visible, it emphasized just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how remarkable it is that the bout is really going ahead.
