Development layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the photographs.
Additionally included in this recent photograph release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and features a notes section labelling different areas of the estate.
Accompanying this are what appear to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including layouts for marina coverings.
More documentation released as part of the current investigative process.
